Returns

Currently, we do not offer returns on any products purchased from our website. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

We kindly request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

At present, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases made on our website are final.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Delay in delivery

  • Personal preferences

Exchanges

While returns and refunds are not available, we do offer exchanges on eligible products, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within the specified time frame after delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • No refunds will be provided for cancelled orders once processing has begun
